Returns & Refunds

Individual learners who purchase directly from AssetLattice Academy may request a refund within fourteen days of payment provided no live mentor studio dry run has occurred and less than twenty percent of asynchronous materials have been accessed, measured by module completion flags.

Corporate purchasers follow the terms of their order form; where silent, these consumer-oriented windows apply to seats invoiced to individuals.

Bundles that include third-party exam vouchers are only refundable for the academy portion; any third-party fees follow that provider's rules.

Refund requests must be emailed to the address below with enrollment identifiers, payment reference, and reason. Partial refunds may be offered as an alternative to chargebacks.

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days and may take additional banking days to appear. Korean public holidays may extend processing windows.

The academy verifies access logs, confirms identity, and issues written approval or denial with reasons. Learners may appeal denials once by supplying new information.

Chargebacks filed before completing this process may forfeit goodwill resolutions and trigger account suspension pending investigation.

Custom on-site workshops, bespoke rubrics, or sealed corporate cohorts may be non-refundable after kickoff as stated in the statement of work. Digital downloads delivered instantly without access gates are non-refundable once downloaded unless defective.

Capstone studios become partially non-refundable after the first scored dry run because mentor time is allocated in multi-hour blocks.

This policy covers tuition-style fees published on the site. Travel, hardware, or exam fees paid to external bodies are outside scope.

Consumers in Korea retain statutory rights under the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Electronic Commerce Act, including cooling-off rights where applicable to distance contracts. Nothing here limits non-waivable protections.

If the academy cancels a cohort, learners receive a full refund or transfer to a later date at their option. Partial cancellations due to low enrollment are announced at least five business days before start when possible.

Refunds return to the original payment method unless technically impossible, in which case a bank transfer may be offered with identity verification.

Refund decisions and communications are retained for audit trails consistent with privacy policy retention rules.
