Liability
AssetLattice Academy provides training and educational materials on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. To the extent permitted, the academy limits indirect and consequential losses arising from reliance on course content, mentor commentary, or downloadable templates.
Nothing in this agreement removes mandatory consumer protections that apply to learners domiciled in Korea where such protections cannot be waived. If a court finds a limitation unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
Participants remain responsible for how they apply materials inside their employer environments. The academy does not supervise on-site actions, vendor negotiations, or decisions that could affect safety, procurement outcomes, or regulatory filings made by third parties.
Governing Law and Venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would refer matters elsewhere. Parties agree that Seoul Central District Court shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes exceeding small-claims thresholds, subject to any mandatory venue rules for consumers.
If you access services while located outside Korea, you remain responsible for compliance with local laws that apply to your participation. The academy does not warrant that content satisfies non-Korean professional requirements unless expressly stated in writing for a specific offering.
Alternative dispute resolution may be proposed in writing before litigation. Participation in mediation does not waive statutory rights available under Korean consumer law.
Acceptance
By enrolling, browsing gated materials, or attending live sessions, you accept this User Agreement and confirm that you have authority to bind your organization if you register using a corporate email domain.
If you disagree with any clause, you must stop using the services and request account closure through the contact email listed on this page. Continued attendance after notice of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement except where prior law requires explicit consent.
Minors may not enroll without verifiable guardian approval communicated in writing to the academy. Corporate purchasers remain responsible for verifying internal eligibility rules for their employees.
Intellectual Property
All curricula, rubrics, recordings where provided, slide decks, and printable templates are protected by copyright and licensed for personal learning use during active enrollment unless a separate enterprise license states otherwise.
You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or host academy materials on open repositories. Limited excerpts may be quoted internally with attribution when discussing operational improvements inside your employer context.
Feedback you provide may be incorporated into future materials without royalty, provided it does not include confidential customer data you are not authorized to share.
User Obligations
Learners must attend under accurate identities, refrain from recording sessions where prohibited, and avoid introducing malware through uploaded homework files. Harassment of staff or peers results in immediate removal without refund beyond statutory minima.
You must maintain the confidentiality of cohort discussion details when classmates share employer-sensitive scenarios. Do not export chat transcripts containing personal data without consent.
Technical requirements are listed in course syllabi. Failure to maintain compatible browsers or headsets does not extend deadlines unless an accommodation plan is approved in advance.
Termination
The academy may suspend access for non-payment, abusive conduct, or suspected credential sharing. Enterprise purchasers may terminate seats according to their order form, subject to minimum notice for scheduled live cohorts.
Learners may terminate participation by written notice; refund eligibility follows the Returns & Refunds policy rather than this section. Some mentor-led studios include partial non-refundable milestones described at enrollment.
Upon termination, downloaded materials must be deleted when the license ends, except for completion certificates you earned while in good standing.
Service Description
Services include self-paced modules, live clinics, mentor feedback, and printable resources described on each course page. The academy does not guarantee exam passage, job placement, or specific procurement outcomes.
Schedules may shift due to instructor illness or force majeure. When changes occur, the academy will offer makeup sessions or proportional credit as described in the cohort announcement.
Informational prices listed in Korean won are not offers capable of acceptance without a completed enrollment record. Taxes and employer reimbursement processes remain the learner's responsibility.
Definitions
“Cohort” refers to a time-bounded group progressing through synchronized milestones. “Mentor” refers to academy staff or vetted contractors providing feedback within defined scopes. “Materials” includes digital downloads and printed companions issued during access windows.
Headings are for convenience and do not alter interpretation. Singular terms include plural forms where context requires.
Miscellaneous
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver unless acknowledged in writing.
You may not assign your enrollment without academy consent; corporate purchasers may reassign seats within the same legal entity as permitted by their order documentation.
Notices
Formal notices to the academy should be emailed to the address shown below with read receipt requested for time-sensitive matters. Learners should include enrollment identifiers to accelerate routing.
The academy may send operational notices to the email associated with your account; you are responsible for keeping that address current.
